Qin Zhihui, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission of Discipline Inspection of Beijing Institute of Technology, Wei Yiming, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice president, the leadership of the School of Management and Economics, department heads, responsible professors and representatives of young teachers attended the meeting. The general meeting was presided over by Dean Professor Wang Zhaohua.
Academician Long Teng, president of Beijing Institute of Technology, addressed the conference via video. He pointed out that the Strategic Advisory Committee is a high-level platform for the school to communicate with all sectors of society, and an important guarantee for the school to build a world-class business school. He hoped that experts would give more valuable advice, introduce high-quality social resources, and support the better development of the school.
After the meeting, the participants visited the History Hall, the laboratoris, and the Joint Center of Professional Degree Education, and the committee members expressed their full affirmation of the development of the school.
