Before the formal interview, teacher Qi Yingjie, deputy director of the Professional Degree Center, hosted the interview explanation meeting for all the examiners.Mr.Qi introduced the advance interview workflow, interview policies and matters needing attention for the examiners.In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the selection, all the examiners will randomly choose the examination room by drawing lots on the spot. At 9:00, the interview begins on time.Each group of examiners always adhered to the principle of fairness, openness and justice selection, and had a comprehensive investigation and evaluation of expression ability, communication ability, logical analysis ability, strain ability, cooperation spirit, professional ability, practical ability and innovative spirit.
