The second workshop on the joint degree program of Beijing Institute of Technology Information Management major and Beijing Foreign Studies

On March 17,2022, Beijing Institute of Technology and Beijing Foreign Studies University jointly organized the second workshop of Information Management and Information System + English major in the School of Management and Economics. Beijing Foreign Studies University Academic Affairs Office director Li Liwen, Admissions Office director Xue Weihua, teaching research section chief Wei Yingzi, Beijing Foreign Studies University International Business School director Niu Huayong, vice director Shao Mingxing, BIT Academic Affairs Office vice minister Yin Li, international Education Ning Haiyan, our school party secretary Yan Zhijun, vice dean zhang xiang, Undergraduate Teaching Center director Wang Yuehui, and Gao Huiying, teaching director of Information Management major, attended the meeting.The meeting was presided over by Vice Dean Zhang Xiang.


At the beginning of the meeting, Vice Dean Zhang Xiang extended a warm welcome to all the teachers of Beijing Foreign Studies University and thanked the teachers of both sides for their great efforts in promoting the joint degree program.This meeting mainly had in-depth discussions on the connection and integration of the college entrance examination and curriculum system of the program and the formulation of training plans, and had in-depth exchanges on the curriculum setting, credit distribution, teacher arrangement and selection mechanism of the two sides.After discussion and exchange, the two universities reached a high degree of consensus on the relevant details of the project, laying a solid foundation for the application and implementation of the joint degree.


The meeting further strengthened the cooperation between the two universities and played a positive role in promoting the joint degree program between the two universities.
