August 20, 2017, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics ushered in 166 new students from aross the country, who are ready to open a new chapter in life.
In order to have a successful freshmen orientation, the School of Management and Economics teachers and students worked together and carefully deployed the related work processes. All the staff and volunteers have been well prepared. On Aug. 20, as early as 6 o’clock, all the volunteers have assembled in their own posts. The volunteers enthusiastically introduced to the new students information about the school, distributed materials, and invited new students and parents to shoot very unique KT board photos. The volunteers ran around in every corner of the campus to provide help to the new students and parents within their means. They worked hard and were willing to sacrifice winning unanimous applause from the new students and parents.
Party Secretary Wang Zhaohua, Vice dean Yan ZhiJun and Associate Dean Peng Mingxue sent cordial condolences to the volunteers, and visited the new dormitory giving cordial greetings to the freshmen and their parents.
