November 8, 2011, Tuesday 12:00-13:30, the Accounting Department hosted this week’s lunch gathering. Li Xin, teacher of the Accounting Department, shared her one year visit experience at Marquette University. She first gave a brief account of the Marquette university, and then her achievements and experience as a visiting scholar. She stressed that Marquette University, as a teaching university, attached great importance to academic publications, and its teaching is in close tie with practice, which are worth learning. Dean Professor Wei Yiming summarized on how to strengthen our disciplines construction, how to balance teaching and research, and how to strengthen the curriculum.

Xin Li, female, born in Jilin. October 2010 - October 2011, visiting scholar to Marquette University in the United States. Now the SME Lecturer. She has participated in a number of research projects sponsored by the Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Industry and information. Published several articles in international conferences and core journals.
