December 5 and 7, 2011, Professor Isidor Wallimann from the U.S. Colgate University gave two academic lectures to SME teachers and students, "The Polluter-Pays Principle: From Environmental to Social Policy" and "The Bologna Reform in European Higher Education: Basic Premises and Critical Assessments ". The two lectures were hosted by the Department of Public Administration.
In addition to SME teachers and students, Professor Haiyan He with a group of teachers and students from Institute of Education also attended the academic exchange event on December 7.
