In order to give full play to the leading role of outstanding scientific research teams and promote the fascination of undergraduates to experience the charm of scientific research, on May 18, 2018, the 7th Academic Camp of the School of Management and Economics was successfully held in Room 205 of the Science Building. Prof. Zhang Xiang and more than 50 outstanding undergraduate students from the third year participated in the lecture. The lecture was given by Professor Zhang Xiang.
Prof. Zhang Xiang briefly introduced his main research directions and scientific research results, and elicited the theme of this lecture: “Behavioral Operation and Sustainable Supply Chain Research - Taking the Development of New Energy Vehicles as an Example”. Prof. Zhang Xiang explained to the students the basic theories of the lecture: Expected Utility Theory, Prospect Theory and Loss Avoidance Theory, and using cases such as stock venture capital investment and ice cream buying to make the students perceive people's decisions under risk conditions. Behavior can be affected by information acquisition and psychological expectations. Prof. Zhang Xiang made a scenario hypothesis and analyzed the complex situations in which a limited rational person can make decisions by analyzing the different consumption behaviors taken by the students when there is extra income and extra losses.
Based on the above concepts, Professor Zhang Xiang introduced the research background and practical significance of the topic of this lecture, and explained in detail the development status of new energy vehicles in the four aspects of recycling, operations, consumption, and supply chain. In terms of recycling, Prof. Zhang Xiang elaborated the impact of state subsidies on the amount of battery recycling compared to different production processes. Prof. Zhang Xiang used mathematics models to show students the decision-making, willingness to buy, and complementary payments. The role of new energy vehicle consumption; In the supply chain, Professor Zhang Xiang has deepened the students' understanding of the practical significance of the development of new energy vehicles by comparing the development status of new energy vehicles under O2O and different collaborative models.
