On March 14, 2019, the “Zhiyuan” Lecture Hall of the School of Economics and Management was kicked off in Room 206, Building A, Comprehensive Teaching Building of Liangxiang Campus. Professor He Haiyan from the School of Management and Economics gave a wonderful lecture entitled “Innovation and Regional Military-Civilian Integration” for the students. Peng Mingxue, the deputy director of the Student Affairs Office, attended the event and listened to the lecture with more than 200 students from the school.
Professor He Haiyan explained the tangible achievements and steady development of China's military-civilian integration in the simple and vivid language from the three aspects of new situation, new features and new thinking. Prof. He Haiyan combined with the professional characteristics of the students present, and emphasized the reshaping of the relationship between innovation subjects, changing the process and model of innovation, enriching the meaning of innovation value, and subdividing the regional layout of innovation. She encouraged students to look into the long-term, and open up the mind; she analyzed the national strategic needs and international development frontiers, new formats and new models, "the whole industry chain" equipment combat and other topics. From the military intelligence change to the construction of the regional military-civilian integration innovation demonstration zone, to the attitude of our school to actively respond to the development of military-civilian integration and the comprehensive promotion of the "double-class" construction, Professor He Haiyan led the students to look at the national level, meanwhile making the students feel that the integration of the military and the civil is closely related to their own development.
