Huang Jing, Director of the China 21st Century Agenda Management Center, Li Zhimin, Vice President of the China Institute of Educational Development Strategies, Dai Yande, Research Fellow of the Energy Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, Chen Xiaotian, former Executive Deputy Director of the Ministry of Management Science of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Deng Xiangzheng, Research Fellow of the Institute of Geography Science and Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ding Zhimin, Research Fellow of the Legal and Institutional Reform Division of the State Energy Administration, Guo Bingqing, Research Fellow of the Institute of Electricity and Energy Efficiency of the Chinese Academy of Electric Power, Hou Tao, Vice President of Beijing Dongfang Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Yang Hua, former Vice President of Jinfeng Science and Technology Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and conducted academic guidance. Professor Wei Yiming, vice president of Beijing Institute of Technology, director of Beijing Research Base for Sustainable Economic and Social Development and chief expert, warmly welcomed the participants on behalf of the school and research base. He said that the research base was approved by the Beijing Research Base for Sustainable Economic and Social Development in 2015. With the support and efforts of leaders, experts and young scholars, the research base has made outstanding achievements in scientific research, think tank construction, talent training, and evaluated in 2019 as "Beijing excellent Research Base ".
