Recently, the National Natural Science Foundation of China announced the results of the 2020 National Natural Science Foundation approved projects. In 2020, our school had 21 approved projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, maintaining a good growth trend for many years. In this year's fund application, our school submitted 59 projects, with a total approval rate of 36%. Approved projects included 6 projects of the Youth Science Fund ,1 project of the Overseas Young Scholars Research Fund ,13 general projects, and 1 project of international cooperation.
In order to do a good job of fund application in this year's special period, from the mapping of relevant functional departments to the organization of experts review, the School and the University have given great attention. The SME teachers, with solid scientific research achievements, created the record number of approved projects, and promoted the construction of first-class disciplines.
