October 11, 2013, the Case Research Center of the School of Management and Economics invited Professor He Bo to give a talk on case development and writing. Professor He teaches at Southwestern University of Science and Technology School of Economics and Management , and appeared twice in the author list of "One hundred Excellent Management Case". The report was hosted by teacher Gao Ang from the Department of Organization and Human Resources. SME teachers , graduate students, and some MBA students attended the lecture.
The national " 100 Excellent Management Case " contest, sponsored by the National MBA Education Steering Committee and co-organized by China Management Case Sharing Center, was known as the "Oscar" in the national management case teaching profession. In 2012 , Professor He and his team wrote the " Chengdu Zhongdi Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. : organizational structure change", and the case was selected 2012 National Excellent Management Case. This year Professor He and team members completed "the future , what next ? - securities company A business department C staff turnover storm" and once again selected 2013 National Excellent Management Case . In addition, Professor He Bo published a case on " Business Review": " another employee to leave ."
