June 3, 14:00-18:00, Associate Professor Bai Junfei, China Agricultural University School of Economics, invited by teacher Cai Jingyang, made a presentation entitled "Implications of Demand System in Food Consumption" at conference room 510 in the main building. The report was hosted by Professor Hu Ruifa.
Associate Professor Bai Junfei first introduced almost ideal demand model (AIDS) and its recent developments and changes in theory, and then combined with food consumption research in China, he explained the practical application of these models and how to interpret the results.
