March 12, in the evening, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics MBA Education Center and China-Economy Union successfully hosted a seminar in the theme of "Patio: cultural tour of a real estate project" at Main Building Auditorium 241. The lecture attracted nearly 200 MBA teachers and students as well as China-Economy Union members to participate.
Mr. Shen LiNan first shared with the aundience some ancient and modern masterpieces of a fusion of architecture and culture, and then Mr. Shen shared his experience and marketing of JiaHe "A decade to build courtyards to make China Number 1 villas".
Students learned a lot from the lecture, a good combination of classroom theoretical knowledge "Innovation and Change Management" & "Operations Management" and practical cases, meanwhile understanding how to operate a product and how to enhance the premium of a product.
