May 11, 2016, in the morning, Professor Scott W. Cunningham, Delft University of Technology Policy Research and Systems Engineering, invited by the Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Lab, visited and gave an academic report "Tech Mining Using Python" at meeting room 418 in the main building. The report was hosted by the School of Management and Economics Associate Professor Huang Lu. More than 20 teachers and students attended the meeting.
Professor Scott introduced Chain-Linked Model as the representative of a variety of innovative models in the process of technological innovation. He further introduced systematically the main processes and methods of mining technology, and showed the open source tool Python’s application in mining technology.
