September 29, 2016, Luo Hui, Dean of the China Association for Science and Technology Institute of Innovation Strategy, was invited to visit the School of Management and Economics and gave an academic report entitled "China's scientific and technological system reform: the historical evolution and characteristics". Dean Prof. Wei Yiming, Party Secretary Professor Wang Zhaowa, Deputy Dean Prof. Tang Baojun, Prof. Ran Lun, Director of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Institute of Science and Technology, and Prof. Wang Xuefeng, Deputy Director of the Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Laboratory participated in the lecture. The report was hosted by Deputy Dean Professor Tang Baojun.
