December 31,2020, the School of Management and Economics 12th Young Scholars Symposium was held simultaneously in the main building 241 and Tencent conference . Professor Li Shantong, former Minister of Development Strategy and Regional Economic Research of the Development Research Center of the State Council, Xu Weixuan, former Director of the Institute of Science and Technology Policy and Management Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Li Zhimin, former Director of the Science and Technology Development Center of the Ministry of Education, and Professor Pan Jiahua, former Director of the Urban Development and Environment Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and member of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Professor Guo Kesha, Dean of the School of Business Administration of Overseas Chinese University, are invited to comment on the report of each young scholar online. Dean Professor Wang Zhaohua, Professor Yan Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Professor Li Jinlin, Director of the Department of Humanities participated in the review. The seminar was chaired by Vice Dean Professor Zhao Xian.
This activity requires young teachers aged 45 and below (associate professor and below) to participate. The 10 young teachers who participated in the seminar were recommended in the past month on the basis of academic exchanges in various disciplines. They are: Gao Yuan, Lv Xin, Shen Meng, Yang Tianan, Yin Ximing, Zhang Yongji, Zhang Yuli, Zhao Weigang, Zhu Bin, and Zhuo Xiaoyang.
