Professor and supervisor from School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology.He has long been engaged in teaching and scientific research in integrated innovation and talent development, science and technology and industrial safety, strategic management and organizational evaluation.Strategic Research Base of the Ministry of Education: Director of the Strategic Research Center for National Defense Technology and Education Development, Beijing Institute of Technology.Beijing Philosophy and Social Sciences Base: Director of Integrated Development Strategy Research Base.He presided over the National Fund of Nature, 02 special science and technology research projects, the Ministry of Education major science and technology projects of the Ministry of Education, submitted several policy special reports for the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Academy of Engineering, and received major national leaders to read instructions, causing important policy influence.He was selected into the "New Century Outstanding Talents Support Plan of the Ministry of Education".He has won the title of "Beijing Education Innovation Model", "Capital Education Pioneer", "four batches" of talents in Beijing publicity and cultural system, and Beijing "38th Red Flag Medal".

Research Center: A Brief Introduction:
In August 2013, the Strategic Research Center for National Defense Innovation and Education Development of Beijing Institute of Technology was approved as the Strategic Research Base of the Ministry of Education. In 2017, the University-level Integrated Strategic Research Center of Beijing Institute of Technology was established. In 2019, it was officially approved as the Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Research Base: the Research Base for Integrated Development.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the base adheres to cultivating people by virtue, takes "focusing on the world, focusing on the future, decision-making suggestions, and deep academic training of talents" as the purpose, and takes "strategic, basic, forward-looking and key" as the functional positioning.We will carry out cutting-edge, strategic, basic and key research on integrated innovation and national defense science and technology development, education development and personnel training, industrial development and industrial security, and provide decision-making consultation for the policy formulation of the state and relevant departments.
