He has the titles and professional qualifications of senior accountant, senior auditor, lawyer, certified tax accountant, senior member of public accountant (FIPA) in Australia and senior member of financial accountant (FFA) in UK.
He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate governance in the areas of investment and M&A, financial management, internal control and compliance, and digital transformation. He has been a senior executive of large listed groups with market capitalization of over RMB 100 billion and the head of industrial funds with a volume of over RMB 10 billion.
