Speaker Profile:
Ma Baolong, male, professor, doctoral supervisor, director of marketing department of School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. The main research areas are service marketing and brand management. He has published more than 40 academic papers in academic journals at home and abroad; published 4 monographs, 2 textbooks, and edited 3 books; he has hosted National Natural Science Foundation and other projects and won “National “Excellent 100 Management Case” award and received funding from the first “National 100 Excellent Management Cases” key project in 2018.
Brief introduction:
In combination with his own many years of application and access to “National 100 Excellent Management Cases” and the experience gained from the 100- Case Key Project in 2018, the following specific issues were discussed: Conceptualization of a case; Writing the case; Improvement of the case; and Use of the case.
