Having walked through the start-up difficulties and success, they are now faced with inheritage, innovation, governance, reform and a series of challenging issues. Family business enterprises as one of the special morphology of family and business combination, are faced with more specific and complex problems.
The School of Economics and Management and the International Family Businesses Joint Research Centre will hold a forum "Family business governance and management” to discuss the related issues and share research results and practical experience on November 19 in the main building room 241.
