On November 26, 2020, Beijing Institute of Technology Main Building 418, Professor Cui Lirong, Director of the Quality and Reliability Center of the New Century Excellent Talents, School of Management and Economics, summarized and looked forward to the work of the center to more than 30 teachers and students, and taught Experience in teaching, research and social services.
The academic sharing session was hosted by Vice President Zhao Xian. As the deputy director of the center, Deputy Dean Zhao Xian first expressed his gratitude to Professor Cui Lirong for his dedication and contribution to the work of the center on behalf of the teachers of the center.
Professor Cui Lirong summarized and looked forward to the center's composition and membership, talent training, scientific research, academic reputation and social contribution, public services, achievements, representative work of members, and the center's future prospects. Professor Cui Lirong serves as the director of the center, and the deputy directors are Associate Professor Cui Lixin and Professor Zhao Xian. The center is currently composed of 11 teachers, including 4 professors, 4 associate professors, 3 lecturers, 3 members of the outstanding talents of the new century, all members have doctoral degrees, and the establishment of a reasonable echelon of old, middle-aged and young talents. The center has trained 22 doctors and more than 50 academic masters, 4 of them received excellent doctoral dissertations from the university, 3 received excellent master thesis from the university, presided over the construction of one excellent graduate course, and the members won the second prize of national teaching achievement as participants1 Item (ranked 4th and 16th), 9 textbooks/monographs have been published, of which 1 is an English monograph. The center presides over 10 National Natural Science Foundation projects, including 1 key project, 6 general projects, and 3 youth projects. In addition, there are the Beijing Natural Science Foundation project and the national key research and development program "Research and Application of Common Technology on National Quality Foundation" ( NQI) and other projects that have a significant impact on the improvement of national quality management. The center has published more than 130 SCI papers, and more than 40 SSCI and CSSCI papers, of which more than 40 are published in the top 3 journals in the field of reliability. The center held 1 international conference and 7 international conference reports. In addition, the members of the center have also achieved a series of results: the third prize of the 2nd Excellent University Alliance College Young Teachers Teaching Innovation Competition (2018), the third prize of the 11th Beijing Institute of Technology Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition (2018), 2020 National University Project Management Competition and International Project Management Championship China Selection Competition (Graduate Group) Outstanding Instructor Award, participation in "Information Technology System and Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) Service Quality Measurement" ISO/IECTS25025 standard compilation work, central government The think tank special report and other results instructed by the leadership of the Military Finance Office. Professor Cui Lirong also made a strategic plan for the future of the center.
Finally, the participating teachers had an active interaction and asked Mr. Cui about the problems encountered in teaching and scientific research. After the meeting, the teachers unanimously stated that the sharing was very exciting and rewarding.
