On the afternoon of March 28, 2019, the class counselors’work meeting of the School of Management and Economics/Academy and the “Learning style discussion” kick-off meeting was held in Room 317 of the main building. Wang Zhaohua, Party Secretary of the School of Management and Economics, and Vice Dean Meng Fanchen attended the meeting. The deputy directors of the Student Affairs Department of Beijing Institute of Technology, Ms. Yan Manli and Zhong Rong, attended the meeting. The counselors and class teachers of all grades attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Peng Mingxue, deputy secretary of the party committee and vice dean.
So far, the 2019 class counselors's work meeting of the School of Management and Economics/Academy was successfully held, and the prelude of the series of activities of the study style discussion was pulled up. For a long time, the School has always attached great importance to the work of the class teachers. In practice, the class teachers carefully selected by the School has played an important role in the students' interest in learning, the accurate supervision of academics, the cultivation of excellent study style, the assistance of key students, and the cultivation of innovative ability. In the future, the School will further strengthen the work of the class teacher, and make unremitting efforts for the training of undergraduate talents and the construction of “double first-class” schools.
