偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,能源與環(huán)境政策研究中心研究員,能源經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境管理北京市重點實驗室副主任,偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)人文社會科學(xué)研究院院長,偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)國家安全與發(fā)展研究院常務(wù)副院長。國家級青年人才。長期致力于能源與碳中和系統(tǒng)工程、能源經(jīng)濟(jì)與氣候治理、管理系統(tǒng)工程、效率與生產(chǎn)率分析等領(lǐng)域的研究。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金重大項目專題、國家社科基金重大項目、北京市社科基金等,共同主持中國清潔發(fā)展機制基金、中國低碳發(fā)展宏觀戰(zhàn)略研究課題、世界銀行中國節(jié)能融資項目、國家電網(wǎng)科技項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金海外及港澳學(xué)者合作研究基金等,參與國家重點研發(fā)計劃、國家科技支撐計劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)中心/創(chuàng)新研究群體/重大國際合作/智庫項目等。曾入選霍英東教育基金會高等院校青年教師資助計劃。在國內(nèi)外管理科學(xué)和能源經(jīng)濟(jì)等領(lǐng)域合作發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文100余篇,獨著和合著中英文專著6部,撰寫多份政策咨詢報告并得到重視,獲專利和軟件著作權(quán)10余件。3篇論文入選Elsevier高質(zhì)量研究論文和引用最高論文系列,10余篇論文入選ESI前1%高被引論文和前0.1%熱點論文,論文他引7000余次。中國“雙法”研究會能源經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理分會秘書長、常務(wù)理事,中國煤炭學(xué)會碳減排工程管理專業(yè)委員會副秘書長,中國系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會能源資源系統(tǒng)工程分會常務(wù)委員。Nature Energy等國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文評審人,Annals of Operations Research, Natural Hazards, Frontiers of Engineering Management, International Journal of Production Research客座主編,Journal of Modelling in Management助理主編/副主編。科睿唯安全球高被引科學(xué)家(2018-),愛思唯爾中國高被引學(xué)者(2020-)。
