袁茜茜，安徽宿州人。中國科學技術大學管理學博士，現就職于偉德國際1946bv官網管理與經濟學院，管理科學與工程系，任預聘助理教授/特別副研究員；研究方向包括運營優化、供應鏈管理、效率與生產率、能源和環境政策；在國際期刊，如International Journal of Operation Research（IJPR）、 Annals of Operation Research (ANOR )、Applied Energy 等發表研究論文；主持國家自然科學基金和中國博士后科學基金各一項；擔任International Journal of Production Research(IJPR)，European Journal of Operational Research(EJOR)，Applied energy, Journal of Modelling in Management等期刊審稿人。
