個人簡介
張弛，工學博士，教授，博士生導師，偉德國際1946bv官網管理科學與物流系，2019海外高層次人才引進計劃青年項目入選者，兼任偉德國際1946bv官網國際組織創新學院院長助理；兼任SCI一區期刊Applied Energy（IF11.2）副主編、柳葉刀倒計時亞洲中心副主任、Environmental Research Letters編委（IF6.7）。聯合國開發計劃署（UNDP）可持續發展青年項目合同聘用專家顧問、聯合國兒童基金會（UNICEF）氣候環境數據委員會委員。
主要研究方向為氣候變化與健康經濟、能源環境經濟與管理、可持續發展與全球治理、數字經濟。相關成果以第一作者及通訊作者發表在包括Lancet Public Health, Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management等國際知名期刊上，相關論文入選ESI高被引文章；研究論文成果被WHO引用并寫入《COP29氣候與健康問題特別報告》。主持并參與多個國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃項目、863計劃、國際科學研究基金；撰寫多份政策報告，相關建議被吸收采納入健康中國行動2022年工作要點。作為第一作者與牽頭人，起草撰寫發布中國首部針對高溫天氣下公眾安全戶外活動的國家團體標準《高溫天氣下戶外極限運動及探險活動指南》已在國內外期刊發表學術論文40余篇，累積IF400+。擔任Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Ecological Economics等國際知名學術期刊評審人，國家留學基金委評審專家，中國博士后科學基金評審專家。2024年獲iCANX全球青年科學家獎。
