張祥，博士、教授、博士生導師。現任偉德國際1946bv官網副院長，北京經濟社會可持續發展研究基地副主任。主要從事戰略新興產業、可持續交通與數字經濟等領域的運作與供應鏈策略及理論研究，涉及建模、實證、大數據分析等方法。先后主持包括3項國家自然科學基金面上項目和北京市哲社基金重點項目在內的20多項縱向科研項目，以及十多項各級教改項目。累計出版和發表論文（著作）60多篇（部），其中SCI/SSCI/EI檢索30多篇。曾獲“全國優秀博士論文提名論文獎”，入選北京市優秀人才培養資助計劃、教育部新世紀優秀人才。
