鄧英欣
鄧英欣,偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)組織與人力資源管理系助理教授、特別副研究員,在北京大學(xué)獲得工業(yè)與組織心理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。從事組織管理相關(guān)研究,研究方向包括新員工社會(huì)化、主動(dòng)性、職場(chǎng)人際互動(dòng)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理、職業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)與干預(yù)等。擔(dān)任職業(yè)管理學(xué)國(guó)際權(quán)威期刊 Journal of Vocational Behavior 編委,中國(guó)應(yīng)用社會(huì)心理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目,參與國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目等課題,相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在 Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology 等管理學(xué)國(guó)際頂級(jí)和權(quán)威期刊。
