主要研究領(lǐng)域:組織里的情緒,包括情緒對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、工作態(tài)度、團隊合作的影響。還從事情緒和企業(yè)家精神以及情緒和風(fēng)險決策等的研究。目前已經(jīng)在情緒管理領(lǐng)域發(fā)表10余篇SSCI期刊文章,3篇英文書章
