楊添安

楊添安,偉德國際1946bv官網副教授、博士生導師。兼任中國醫學裝備協會理事會會員、國家留學基金委建設高水平大學公派研究生項目(聯合培養博士研究生)評審專家、工業和信息化部教育與考試中心專家庫專家、中國醫學裝備協會人工智能和醫用機器人工作委員會第二屆委員、國際職業健康委員會工作組織與社會心理因素專業委員會&老齡化專業委員會中國區委員、中國大學生人力資源創新實踐大賽(HRU)京津冀賽區執委會副主任。

主要研究領域包括人力資源管理、數字化轉型與數字健康、公共衛生政策與管理、社會心理因素與隱性缺勤、老齡化與可持續發展、醫療產業與健康大數據、環境科學與健康(Human Resource Management,Digital Transformation and Digital Health, Public Health Policy & Management, Psychosocial Factors and Presenteeism, Ageing & Sustainability, Health Industry & Health Data,Environmental Science & Health)。先后主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、青年項目、北京市社會科學基金基地項目,參與多項國家、省部級項目。在國內外SCI、SSCI等高水平學術期刊以第一作者或通訊作者發表學術論文50余篇,擔任《Human Behavior and Emerging Technologies》《Human Resource Management Journal》《Journal of Organizational Behavior》《Environmental Health Perspectives》《Health Care Science》《Journal of Social Computing》等期刊編委或審稿人。

主編出版規劃教材《人力資源管理》《衛生人力資源管理》(本研通用),出版學術專著《健康風險、服務供給及智慧賦能——實施健康中國戰略背景下我國公共醫療衛生治理相關問題研究》;多次在美國管理學年會(AOM)做會議發言,獲亞洲職業衛生會議優秀青年學者獎、第一屆全國數字健康創新應用大賽健康醫療大數據主題賽特等獎、2023CTTI智庫優秀成果一等獎、第二屆“醫療管理與政策前沿”青年學者論壇一等獎、中國醫藥衛生管理青年學者論壇優秀口頭匯報獎、北京市高等教育學會研究生教育研究分會第十二屆優秀高等教育論文評獎活動二等獎、北京市高等教育學會研究生教育研究分會第十二屆優秀高等教育論文二等獎等國家與省部級獎勵。
