報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：
蘇斌 (Dr. Su Bin) 是新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)能源研究所高級(jí)研究員，能源與環(huán)境研究中心副主任，能源系統(tǒng)建模團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人，同時(shí)擔(dān)任新加坡節(jié)能和低碳路徑發(fā)展研究項(xiàng)目總負(fù)責(zé)人。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槟茉春铜h(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)與政策、能源與氣候變化、能源環(huán)境系統(tǒng)建模和分析，在能源和環(huán)境相關(guān)的國(guó)際期刊上已發(fā)表SCI/SSCI論文70多篇，其中ESI高被引文章20多篇，研究工作被引用4000多次，入選科睿唯安(Clarivate Analytics) 2018年全球高被引科學(xué)家(交叉領(lǐng)域)和2019年全球高被引科學(xué)家(經(jīng)濟(jì)與商業(yè))。現(xiàn)任Energy Economics (SSCI) 期刊副主編和客座主編，Applied Energy (SCI) 期刊客座主編，Journal of Cleaner Production (SCI) 期刊客座主編，Reports on Economics and Finance 期刊編委，《環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》和《中國(guó)石油大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(社科版)》期刊編委，以及60多個(gè)國(guó)際期刊審稿人。在新加坡主持和參與二十多項(xiàng)能源環(huán)境相關(guān)的政府研究項(xiàng)目，獲得新加坡環(huán)境與水資源部、貿(mào)易與工業(yè)部、外交部、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展局、國(guó)家環(huán)境署、能源市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局、海運(yùn)和港口管理局、氣候變化秘書(shū)處、國(guó)家研究基金會(huì)等政府部門(mén)資金支持。
報(bào)告內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介：
Aggregate intensity indicators, such as the ratio of a country's energy and emissions to its GDP, are often used by researchers and policymakers to study energy and environmental performance. Traditional energy/emission intensity is measured from the production perspective, while using the input-output (I-O) framework, the relationship between energy/emissions and value added (or GDP) can be studied from the demand perspective. The aggregate embodied intensity (AEI), defined as the ratio of embodied energy (or emissions) to embodied value added, can be defined at the aggregate, final demand category, sectoral levels, and transmission layers. This presentation will give an overview of the intensity measurements from both production and demand perspectives at the national and regional studies. Implications of these measurements and possible future research will also be discussed.
