應管理與經濟學院的邀請，Georgia Tbilisi State University Vakhtang Charaia 教授學術來偉德國際官網進行交流訪問，并于2018年6月19日下午2：30在主樓418會議室作了題為《Trade, Investment and Transit between South Caucasus, China and EU under One Belt, One Road Initiative》的學術報告。會計系教師及研究生參加了報告會。
論文討論了中國和外高加索地區如何開展貿易、投資和轉運業務，以服務于一帶一路沿線國家。
研究分析了中國一帶一路實施對歐盟、外高加索國家帶來的機會與挑戰。國際貿易、國外投資和轉運走廊作為研究對象，對國外相關國家帶來的影響，可以通過外高加索國家加快實施一帶一路倡議。
會后，與會師生與Charaia教授展開了積極、充分的討論，并就前往該國進行學術交流的可行性進行了探討。
Vakhtang Charaia教授簡介：
Dr. Associated Prof. Vakhtang Charaia is the Head of TSU Center for Analysis and Forecasting; He is the Vice President at the Georgian Small and Medium Enterprise Association; Head of the Economics department of Young Scientists Council at Georgian National Academy of Sciences and Former TV anchor for analytical show – “Business Code”. Since Dec 2015 he is Affiliated Lecturer of Harvard Business School Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness. At different times he studied and did his PhD researches at Tbilisi State University (Georgia), Passau University, University of Bremen (Germany), European University at St. Petersburg (Russia), Institute of Government Accounts and Finance (India), University of Tartu (Estonia) and George Washington University (USA).
