Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support on Finance: 

1) Transportation sites office, Energy team and Beijing office expenses and payment application 
review in TEM or paper work;

2) Tracking HSBC Beijing Bank record, simple monthly CODA booking, bank reconciliation;

3) Prepare PRC VAT invoices of Beijing office  revenue;

4) Issue Beijing office employee IIT certificate on request;

5) Monthly tax filing and reporting of Beijing office VAT and IIT; Quarterly and annual Corporate 
Income Tax filing under supervision;

6) Play role of key contactor with Beijing tax authority to learn and handle request from tax 
authority. Take procedures of with-holding tax on overseas invoices;

7) Play role of key contactor with other local authorities to learn and handle request from other 
authorities;

8) Communicate with Bank of China for capital fund Eur currency settlement into local currency;

9) Communicate with SAFE to clear procedures of foreign loan and other SAFE requirement;

10) Communicate with SAFE to clear procedures of foreign loan and other SAFE requirement;

11) Communicate with bank for all the bank requirements and information exchange. Handle 
procedures of closing non-used bank accounts;

12) Other ad-hoc assignment from finance controller.

2. Provide receptionist services. 

3. Provide office administrative support. 

4. Provide support to Transportation business team on business development and project 
coordination. 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with excellent academic records; 

2. Proficient Excel skills;

3. High level integrity;

4. Effective communication capabilities, Good team work spirit.
